AET Group Inc. Ranks as One of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers 2024

WATERLOO, ONTARIO–

AET Group Inc., has been named as one of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers for the 6th consecutive year. Currently in the 17th year of running, Waterloo Area’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the employers in the Kitchener-Waterloo area that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Editors at Mediacorp review employers on eight criteria, which have remained consistent since the project’s inception.

Employers are evaluated using the same criteria used for the larger national Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition and include the following:

Here are some of the reasons why AET Group was selected:

• AET encourages ongoing employee development through in-house and online training as well as generous tuition subsidies for courses both related to their current position (to $2,500) and not directly related to their current position (to $500)
• AET helps employees prepare for life after work with retirement planning assistance services and matching RSP contributions — and lets employees share in the company’s successes through deferred profit sharing and year-end bonus programs
