Building Energy Assessment

AET was retained by Sanyo Canada Inc and St. Thomas Energy Services Inc. to conduct an energy assessment of the PUC administration building located at 135 Edward Street, St. Thomas, Ontario. This assessment is intended to support the establishment of a baseline of energy and water consumption and to provide direction with respect to options for improving the environmental and fiscal performance of the building in order to support energy planning and target setting. The assessment will help better prepare for emerging conservation and demand management requirements of the Green Energy Act and potentially Bill 72, Water Opportunities and Water Conservation Act.
