AET was the project manager for the green design and building retrofit of an existing home in Gadshill, Ontario. The green home consists of a number of green features including, but not limited to:

• Energy Star Windows (Low-E Argon Filled)
• Meets Energuide for Homes
• Energy Star programmable thermostat
• Increased attic insulation to R-50
• Sensor lighting in all bathrooms
• Low voltage halogen and compact fluorescent light fixtures

• Diverted 80% of all construction by-product away from landfill
