Soil Vapour Extraction System

Soil vapor extraction (SVE) uses vacuum pressure to remove volatile and some semi-volatile contaminants (VOCs and SVOCs) from the soil.  AET has extensive knowledge and experience applying SVE technology to mitigate vapour intrusion in a residential community affected by VOC-contaminated ground water. AET staff rigorously comply with government permits by ensuring the uninterrupted operation and monitoring of many SVE systems which protect close to 100 homes.
